I was curious about the Acura MDX but had never driven one. One day I got off from work early and visited Acura of Boston to test drive the car. I was super nervous and my husband stated I should wait for him to get off from work to go. We had so many bad experiences shopping for a car that he didn't think it was wise for me to go alone. Well, I did and it was the best experience ever. I loved the car but the overall experience had me sold. The salesperson Wayne is the best and did not pressure me and asked me if I was comfortable to discuss the price of the car and gave me the space to call my husband to discuss. On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!"
