He said the radio had just been stolen the night before. I decided to come test drive because they said they would replace the entire dash. Went and drove it on a Saturday and discussed the car with the "salesman" and liked the car but wanted a few things done before I made a deal and wanted them to send me the carfax. After a week of calling them back, they finally tell me that it was a Salvage Title. Living in MD, I did not want to go through the headache. Still had a headache for the time it took for them to admit that the title was not clean. Part of this was my fault for not specifically asking about the title but it would have been really nice to let me know before driving down and wasting a week. I would not recommend to anyone."

The salesperson guaranteed state inspection and said the dealer would pay 100% of any cost that would prevent getting a state certification. Unfortunately the vehicle did not pass VA state inspection and the dealership refused to reimburse cost of making the necessary repairs to get the vehicle safety certified. Price of vehicle and experience otherwise was great but the dealership's failure to honor their guarantee is the reason for the poor rating."

He had very little knowledge of his inventory and said that he would have to follow-up with me later in the day with more information. I never heard back from him again about the information that I requested. I ended buying a new Volvo from Don Beyer Alexandria. They offered great service! "
