Ran vin check and the truck came back as 3 different trim levels (Frontier se,pro-4x,and sl. How can a truck have 3 trim levels? The dealer had 2 phone# listed and no one would answer the phone. I did manage to "chat" online with someone named frankie who did have clue what was talking about and did not know if they had the truck or not and had to go out to the lot to see if they did and he would call me back. Never heard from him again. The truck was still listed on cargurus. Finally someone else called me and said the truck was no longer available. I asked if it had been sold? The salesman did not know.I could go on and on but i do not want to spend anymore time dealing with this so-called dealer. Sounds like a pig in a poke to me. "

I explained how busy I was and how difficult it was to get to their location (a 1 1/2 hour drive). They said I would have to come in and put an offer in writing to be official but that they were open to my requested price range. I took a whole afternoon off to go in and instead got a lecture about why my offering price was not acceptable. REALLY? I would have appreciated an honest, "no we won't accept that price range" over the phone. Instead they just said anything to get me to come in and then talked down to me for the price I wanted and attempted to sell me a different car. I had high hopes but this was a miserable fail. "

Business Manager was obnoxiously rude and unprofessional (that's giving him a compliment). He made derogatory remarks about my credit and he knows nothing about me. He made negative assumptions about the financing of another vehicle I own. He basically tried to strong-hand me into trading in my other vehicle. It was loud unlike a "normal" business establishment. I promise to never do business with you again, nor will I recommend anyone to your facility. You need to fire the Business Manager or get him some training in Business Relations to include people skills."

So I drove a long way out to test drive the car they had advertised. Gps took me to their corporate office so I called. At that time I was told that car has been sold...they just haven't taken it off the internet. I told her I got a reply from them. She said she thought it was just a general automated reply. That should be someone's job to stay on top of their inventory & emailing system. Wasted trip, wasted gas. I guess I should've called before I left but I assumed people in business were doing their jobs. It's probably still listed...lol."
