The truck was supposed to be inspected. They had 3 days to get it done, and were unable to accomplish the task. I called 4 times, to make sure I got both sets of keys. The salesman never followed up. Also, they were unable to fax both ways to my finance company. Subsequenlty, the buyers order was not delivered. I had to follow up with them 3 times for that. "

That being said, while I was at the bank 8 hours from fort worth tx... I called that guy at Allen Samuels and asked how to go about paying. My banker suggested we use a moneygram and told me she would put the check in my name, then I would sign it to their business name when I get there, I asked the gentleman at Allen Samuels if that would work as just described... He said "that will work, see you when y'all get here!!!: ) " Well when we got there at 7 o'clock that evening to test drive and make the deal, that guy who was talking to me throughout my drive up there ( asking me stuff lik my address, zip code.. Ect. Had left for the day and I was left to meet a different guy on the used car side! He turned out to be the nicest employee there and that's a fact!! Well after the test drive I'm ready to make the payment and be on my way, we go inside and like everyother car dealer we signed a million papers (lol) and then the nice salesman had us follow him in my truck and the vehicle we were purchasing to the main office for the financing jerk to meet me : ( we sat down and when I gave him the moneygram I had for the full payment on the vehicle, he looked at me and said "we don't take these" "well not if it's not written directly to us" well by that time I grabbed my checkbook knowing I still had enough in my account to finish this deal!! He says well let me run your check through telle check and he did, it declined it! J was really getting frustrated with the whole thing, I even told them let's just call the deal off I go home and y'all can play with someone else's time... But I asked them kindly what to do and the finance guy said I should get a loan and then pay it out as soon as I get home ( extra charges that I said I wouldn't pay from the get go, that's why I went to my bank and brought them the amount we agreed on) They finally told me to go find a hotel and back charge my banker who wrote the check to my name haha.. I think he forgot I told him the salesman was the one who said that would work over the phone that same morning!! SOOOO we did spend the night and before finding a hotel I called the president of my bank and asked him what to do and we figured wiring the Money straight to their bank acct first thing in the morning! We slept well in the fort worth mall best western (oh and by the way my 3 month baby was with me and my wife) was supposed to drive back that night and get home in the morning! Well we went right back and I got to meet a REALLY REALLY BIG jerk named "PETE" He obviously geared about me by now!! He treated me like some lost tramp who stumbled in his " high class business place " telling me the only option was to get a loan for the purchase to work! I called my bank and had them on phone so Pete could talk to book keeping and make sure that the funds were indeed there in my account, Pete bluntly told me that he wasn't entrested in talking to anybody at my bank or anywhere else!!!!!!! Finally I made the dicision to wire the money and Pete said that will take all day because of a policy that their bank has with checking a electronic wire payment only by the manager of the bank and at 3:00 p.m. Mind this was at 9:00 a.m. Well my bank and their finance department swapped info and the wire was successfully sent and I got a confermation on the transfer at 10:30! I let the guys know and Pete told me to go do something in town and enjoy my day cause it was going to be a long wait! He was not lying!!! Book store, baby store , more book store... Lunch... Slept in truck for a while the whole time the 3 month baby is with us and getting tired of vein out and about : ( whhhaaaaaa.. Aagghhh. The whole time I was out and about I kept calling the office and talking to the nice salesman I met the night before and he kept telling me he would call me just as soon as that heard from the bank! The call finally came the money wire was seen by the GREAT ONE who goes check at 3:00 p.m. ; ) We rush down there through all the road blocks and detours due to the massive road construction going on there! When we got there we got the keys the the new car and the sailsman was going to drive it next door to the main office and some other guy in the used office came run out and told him to go in the office ! I sat there for about 20 minutes and could see the two of them just talking and going through papers and looking up and checking to see if we were still looking I guess... Everything they do there at their dealership is very slow and they have a way of making you feel below the grade they accept!! He finally came out and told me the guy had forgotten to give him a folder. I wasn't interested, I just wanted to start on my journey home 8 hours away! We went next door and Big Pete came to see me and our very kind and helpful salesman! Now that the money is there you would think he would treat you better than before and get us on our way.. But no he told us to take a seat and it would be a while he had 4 people ahead of me!! About a Hour latter the guy in finances came and got us, we RE-SIGNED a million papers again and so fast that I didn't even know what I was signing and by that time I didn't care!! I was numb in the brain from all the thinking and phone calls to these jerks and the bank and the baby sitters back home and... Well it was finally 4:30 and the rush hour traffic was waiting for us with open arms at five as we hit the interstate!! I made up my mind I will never do business with Allen Samuels again EVER!! And I know being a business owner myself, if Mr Allen Samuels is still alive... He would not accept that kind of service to a customer from out of state coming to them with full payment as I was told by the fellow on the phone! We drove home and my wife behind me in the new suv, we arrived home at 2:00 a.m. Kids had to stay at the (2) sitters 3 days due to all the confusion!! "ALLEN SAMUELS, IF I EVER GET RICH ENOUGH I WILL BUY OUT YOUR BUSSINESS AND GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING FOR THE GREAT PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KEEP YA'LL IN BUSSINESS!! Until then I nor my family will be buying there again!!"
