Unfortunately as soon as we took delievery of our automobiule, our salesperson was laid off. We were negotiating on a second vehicle and a differenct sales representative took over. He wanted me to drive 120 miles roundtrip so he could appraise my trade in again. he then paid no attention to my offer that had been made previously and after three calls he had initated, made me an offer to purchase his car for $30,000-$40,000 more then they are asking on the internet, so my position is mixed they have some very capable sales people & business managers that can make the experience very pleasant, and one sales person whom needs some experience and guidance on proper treatment and respect for customers."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "Called ahead to schedule a test drive provided a 3 hour window to allow enough time to ensure the car was ready upon arrival. From the exterior the car was in pristine used car conditions, a few imperfections but nothing major. The interior was a completely different story, ants (dead and alive) scattered about the car. Open the passenger door- someone vomited inside and they did a half clean up job, the red stain completely covered the carpet. The floor and sides carpet were a pinkish beige color. The dealership attempted to blend the stain with new black mats for cashmere colored interior. Great job, geniuses. The ants made a meal of the residue and created a nest on the driver side door. Other issue with the car, there is a distinct rattle when making right turns, improper sunroof maneuvering, and a lag in execration. This car simply wasn’t for me the last thing I need is provide a snooty jerk commission for a vomit covered, ant infested, and 2 year old model car- no thanks. "

They tried to bait and switch..would not sell me the car I wanted...told me it just got sold while we were talking, and that I should take another....my husband called back the next day, and the salesperson said it was available, and to come in for a test drive.....a week later, my salesperson maintains it is sold, and my husbands' salesperson says it is available. My Saleswoman kept me there for 3 hours, wasted my whole afternoon, and in the end lied to me!!!! Totally unethical!"
