Dealer Rating: (1 review) "when i called the dealership and made the deal i told them to make sure there were no scratches or dents on the vehicle as i was driving over 400 miles to get there and i was told each time i called that there were no dents or scratches. We drove to dealership (8hrs.) and got there before closing to look at vehicle and found a dent over rear fender well. The next morning we met with Mike and told him there was a dent and he assured me it was not there when he looked at car. They said they would make it up and were going to give me $$ for the dent. I went for a test ride and every thing went fine until we got back and i looked at car again and found another large scratch on the front of car where someone hit a curb. The $$ amount would not have covered the repairs so we walked away with the expense of gas ,lodging,food,tolls and 16 hrs. of driving . "

While on the lift a customer came in and bought the car I was waiting to come see. Lame, very lame. "It happens sometimes" was their response. BS in my mind...that vehicle should have been tagged sold or under contract or something till they told me it was okay to come see it. I was waiting all along for their okay and then they sell it??? Something is not right with that. Disappointed, very disappointed."
