I was very weary about this purchase. We got the 2008 Elantra SE in Carbon Gray. After driving it and getting used to the features, I am surprised to say I love the car. "Terrible. The vehicle they were trying to sell me was 96000 miles
according to the carfax instead of what they advertised. Then the GM got
pushy stating that if I like the vehicle then just buy it. Furthermore you
could see that the vehicle had been in an unreported accident. Panels
not lining up etc. I got a reassurance from the salesman that the service
department goes over every vehicle and they are in tip-top shape. Yet
this service department missed the fact that the transmission dip stick had
been broken and a wood screw was being used as a handle. The last
and final thing was the price. The salesman quoted $16999. This was to
I assume get me inside the building. Once he sat down at his computer
though and looked at the truck online the price went up to $17491 stating
that he made a mistake. Horrible buying experience."
