unable to provide the second key fob. They promised to locate it
and mail it to me. When that didn't happen I called an d was told by
the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had
knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales
manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never
acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact
from the salesman or the sales manager."

"I liked my salesperson, but the dealership itself is overpriced and a bit sneaky. I went to look at a car that was advertised. It was hidden around the corner and the keys were not in the normal place. Another salesman had them for HIS customer that was coming in later. The prices on the cars were 1000-3000 over the going rate. I got the same "We don't operate on a very high margin" line, yet unless they were really poor at negotiating trade-ins, they would have been making $4000 on the sale, which is a pretty good margin. Since my negotiation 4 months ago with another dealership got me a car with everyone happy, this was a much worse experience."

"This dealership had the best list price on a used Audi I had my eye on.
Admittedly, they were the first dealer I contacted in the first month of
looking. Salesman didn't negotiate more than $1000 off list price. It was
still way over trade-in value or residual value for off lease vehicles.
Fortunately, I waited and did more research. Found better deals looking
at private parties as well. "
