They were honest, disclosed all about the vehicle, answered all my questions, let me drive the car for as long as I needed before buying it, fixed something months later that we didn't have time to fix when I bought it, explained the Car Mark warranty in detail, etc. The negotiation and pricing was also fair based on what I had found in my research.
