Arrived to the dealership, explained that I called and made an appointment and was told that the car was available and that I will be notified if it was sold. Met with salesman only to wait more than 25 minutes and was finally told that the car sold days before. I could not believe that I went through all the trouble to make the appointment, speak with reps explaining how far I was traveling to view the vehicle only to be told that we have other 13 year old cars that you can look at and that it didn't matter the age of the car because they are not under warranty anyway. I traveled the distance to view the vehicle because I was told that it was available. My purpose was not to travel to see 13 year old vehicles and be criticized because I preferred a car that was no older than 7 years old. It's really bad business to outright lie to someone just to get them to your location in hopes of selling something else. "
