I got the car inspected and had a list of things that needed to be repaired including a headlight that was glued in and an air hose that was broken and at risk of causing further damage to the car. He told me he would not fix the car. He would sell it as is and stated that the car had already been repaired by their shop to the extent they were willing to fix it. Also, he would not negotiate on the price even after his employee, Molly, repeatedly stated she would work with me on the price. The manager became so out of control on the phone that he said he would not even sell me the car, saying and I quote "sometimes its just not worth the sale'. REALLY? Wow! You don't need my business at your used car dealership? No problem. I will not give you my business and will be sure to tell as many as I can about your customer service. Rather, the lack of.
