I was told to bring in a deposit, when I did the manager explained to me that they do not take deposits. The manager was extremely rude and lacked any people skills. Two days later I was called by the salesman told pick up the car still available. Before making the trip to the dealership I called to confirm that the vehicle was really available. It was not, the salesman apologized and offered me another vehicle. Deal with these people at your own risk!"

For example, the oil needed to changed, tires rotated, oil filler, and brakes according to internal computer of the Lexus GS 430 I test drove. Car drove very well with all things considered. Another one needed to be jumped started for a test drive, but the salesman didn't feel like it. Poor overall. I wanted to car for the price, but the dealership didn't gain my business. I purchased a GS Lexus 300 from Sewell Lexus of Dallas, Tx. "

In all I received 4 calls from 2 different people, neither of whom had apparently read my CarGurus -sourced email. They also didn't track the stock number of the vehicle with my contact info, so when they called they had no idea which car I was interested in, and neither Sales Reptile could answer my simple questions. Very poor way of securing my business, which I took elsewhere."

They made me feel like my credit was a joke,& they talked to me like i had absolutely no exprience buying a car,&they kept making up excuses why they could not use my car loan approval with Santander,even though they arr a RoadLoans Dealership.They also forgot to give me my drivers license,& insited i'd already recieved it&refused to even check. I ended up having to drive back to the Dealership which is on the Blue Mound end of the DFW metroplex to get it at closing time,&nobody wanted to stay over to make sure i got it. UGH worst experience i ever had!!!!! Dont be ridiculed by these people go elsewhere!! "

Received a call back that went to voicemail. When I called the number the salesman left, it was the general dealership phone number that required a last name to leave a message for a specific sales person (I only had a first name). I left a message in their general mailbox and didn't get a call back at all, ever, from anyone. They must not need the business that bad, I guess. Found fabulous service and the exact car and price I was looking for at Boardwalk Volkswagen of McKinney. Shop there and ask for Joe Woodward. Impeccably honest and excellent customer service."
