“Should have bought it when I was younger.”
Injured my back after one tank of gas. Well, my back was already bad, but it made it so much worse. Tragic because I LOVE driving this car. When I bought it, I thought I would be driving it for the next 10 years.

"Very Poor- I simply inquired if 2 cars I was interested in purchasing were still available. I received my 1st response, one week later, not answering the specific request. Another e-mail from a "sales manager" appologizing for the hand over and still not answering my specific inquiry- then a 3rd e-mail from the "sales manager", introducing different cars for sale.
A simple "NO...what else may I help you with", would have kept my interest. If this is indicative of how True Saab does business or follows up with their customers- I will certainly not be giving them my business."
