It said on the ad that you don't have to make an appointment just bring your vehicle in and it would take less than 20 min for them to give you a price. I live in Waldron. I drove over 50 miles to this dealership. The salesman that greeted me was nice. I was looking for a Honda, he said they didn't have anything but chevrolets. I asked if they bought vehicles and said I wanted to sell mine. He went and got the owner. This man walked out to my vehicle with his arms crossed in front of him and his greeting to me was what do you want for this. WOW! He was giving off a very beligerent body language and tone. I told him, which was a little under than what I should expect to get paid, and to say the least he made me feel like an idiot for even pulling onto his lot. He said if I was looking for a Honda I should try the Honda place and do a trade in there. Mind you, the ad said they bought vehicles even without a purchase there. Well, I think that might not be true. The man (owner)was extremely rude and I would suggest some customer service workshops. "

Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."
