"The dealership totally misrepresented the condition of the car. You would expect an Acura dealer to only sell pristine vehicles. The salesman was not very attentive. It was a wasted trip to even bother looking at a vehicle that was in such poor shape. With 38,000+ miles, I expect a vehicle that had been well taken care of. The convertible top rear window actually had a hole in it, and it had leaked water so bad for a long time that the trunk board was wet and rotted.

"I had a very bad experance with Palm automotive. They send me
video and told me that there was no scratches but when it arrived I
found that was not true. They shipped the car without paying the
shipper and when he arrived with car said he was told that I was to
pay. He keep car untol he received payment from Palm and a week
late I had to drive 50 miles to pick the car up.The owner asked me to
send pictures of the scratches. I did along with a cost to repair
scratches. After a phone conversatation she said she was doing
nothing and bought it as is.Needless to say that will be the last dollar
they will get from me."
