"Dealer ad was for Traverse and when called was told vehicle was there and come for test drive. When arrived, no such vehicle was available but the salesperson would be glad to show another vehicle. Staff is rude, dishonest. When asked to speak to manager was told by him that they run a professional dealership and did not believe this occurred so I guess we were lying ! Manager also said that he looked up vehicle we were talking about and no such vehicle found. Traverse is STILL listed in all ads including internet.
Our goal was to purchase a vehicle and we know what our budget is and what our family needs are. We purchased vehicle 100 miles away. "

"Horrible response, after days without a response I called again and told the sales manager that no one got back to me. He said sorry about that I was on vacation. I guess if you buy something from them be sure, to coordinate any issues you have with his vacation schedule because it appears no one else there will help while he is out."

"The dealership totally misrepresented the condition of the car. You would expect an Acura dealer to only sell pristine vehicles. The salesman was not very attentive. It was a wasted trip to even bother looking at a vehicle that was in such poor shape. With 38,000+ miles, I expect a vehicle that had been well taken care of. The convertible top rear window actually had a hole in it, and it had leaked water so bad for a long time that the trunk board was wet and rotted.
