During the purchase, the financial person did not point out an optional Security warranty if the car was stolen which is worthless, that cost me an additional $199.00 making sound like is was part of the car warranty. "No stars for these rude, pushy and obnoxious folks. The sales manager (Dan) was blatantly brow-beating and jacking around my trade-in numbers...had the nerve to offer $4,000 less than the lowest offer I had from other dealers...he kept saying "You gotta give me something". Really?
I walked...then went back and got my dream car from University Audi with no hassle. He did me a favor, but really pissed me off! Stay away from these "old-school, high-pressure folks." "
