“nice looking car and great gas mileage”
When I had the chance to drive this car, I thought it was a pretty decent car. It handled well, the gas mileage is awesome, and we have had no problems with it except random accidents like stones cracking the windshield. "The entire buying experience was fine. All went well until they were
unable to provide the second key fob. They promised to locate it
and mail it to me. When that didn't happen I called an d was told by
the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had
knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales
manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never
acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact
from the salesman or the sales manager."
