Dealt with them before and they always came to bat for me. Will definitely look there again. I won't let one car discourage me from shopping there again. "

The salesman was new and was not familiar with it. After we had signed the papers an was asking about our 3-month free trial to all of this, the salesman discovered that the vehicle did not have those capabilites. He should have been more familiar with the vehicle before trying to sell it to someone. Needless to say, we were not happy. The GM came to speak to us and agreed to purchase a separate Satellite radio for us. There was no way to turn on Sirius radio because it is a factory install. We were bummed but bought the vehicle anyway. "
