good car for family people

bought used and there is interior damage from people spilling stuff. gets 27 miles to the gallon. amazing sound when u accelerate hard...not that i do;) 60 thousand miles. recently needed work done. sometimes have trouble with cd player

Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "Complete bait and switch twice. 1) My wife and I called to inquire about a vehicle and told Jay Wolfe the cash amount we would pay. The sales guy said "yeah, we'll take that, or at least we'll be able to get real close to your offer, come take a look, you're going to love this van, it's the best van out there, blah, blah, blah." So my pregnant wife and I drive thirty minutes, with our cash and two toddlers, to take a look. The van was great just like the salesman said. When we got back from our test drive, we went in to his office to do the paper work and he started in on his negotiating. We stopped him and said we already told you we were coming with cash in the amount we discussed on the phone. He said he would have to go talk to his manager. Long story short, we didn't get the van, they kept trying to convince us that we should finance the vehicle; his idea of "close to our offer" was $3100 bucks more than our offer. I understand he is a salesman and his job is to make sales, but he shouldn't be negotiating prices if he doesn't have the power to make the final deal. 2) Similar situation as the previous story, different van, we have cash, we call to inquire, and they invite us out, blah, blah, blah. This time the salesman calls back the next day and says he got a note on his desk from his manager that they would accept our cash offer. I asked what that meant, because of our previous experience. Salesman says, bring your cash, and take a test drive, if you like it, it's yours, but we also have a $199 admin fee. I'm thinking okay, great, no problems, what a blessing this would be. I get a call back from the salesman less than 45 min later, saying that he misunderstood the note from his manager and they could not accept our offer, but "come out and take a look, this is a great van, it's the best van out there, blah, blah, blah." These guys are a bunch of jokers. I've been through this once already with Jay Wolfe auto group. Fool me once, shame on you... We are never doing business with Jay Wolfe again. End of the story- We found a great van and a great deal at Randy Reed GMC, we inquired, told them we had cash, we test drove, they kept their word, we bought a vehicle from them. "
