"Didn't buy a car from them but Josh and Casey helped me make the right decision. They are upfront, honest and aware of how other dealers like may mislead a potential customer for a deal. In my case, bertera nissan did a bait and switch on a free tire's for life deal. The deal had many contigencies which were never shared with me until the last minute. Not a good practice. Thanks Marlboro for for providing all the information up front so I can make an informed decision with all the facts. You even did so at the risk of losing my business. I am impressed. "

"Dealer responded right away but when I got there to see the car it was
dirty. When I commented on that the salesperson said..."well, if you want
to wait we can wash it" in a somewhat sarcastic tone. That was the way
we were treated throughout our time there. No real effort to please. I
bought my car at Baker where they were friendly and went out of their
way to answer questions and accommodate my needs. I think if the
dealership is not anxious to p,ease when I'm spending money, how will
they be when I have a problem?"
