Lead Internet Sales guy Kelly has a sketchy demeanor & will definitely try to low ball you on your trade-in. They were selling a Dodge Challenger SRT8 with a few scratches and one pretty severe ding in the crease of the body on the rear driver panel -- when asked about the ding, he told me "ah, it'd be easy to have someone fix it" (no offer to take care of it, have their body shop fix it, or any type of compensatory gesture).. why would I buy an expensive sports car from you, only to spend another thousand or so to have dents and scratches removed. Also the fake automated emails try to sound personal but apparently the sales folks dont take the time to know potential their customers b/c after "emailing" me and speaking with me all week, I gave him my name and he couldn't remember one thing. I say these guys are poor salesman. Though one was particularly good with getting/ delivering information (Jamie). Wouldn't go back here again."
