Overall there was a night and day difference between an identical make, model, and year vehicle at CarMax as compared to the dealer down the street. Not to mention the costs of the vehicles were identical. This was my first time as a customer at CarMax and all I can say is that I am incredibly impressed by the organization. The only criticism I could think of is the low offer I received on my trade-in, but that being said, the sales reps fully explained exactly what they found in the inspection and how they got to their appraisal. I will go to CarMax first the next time I am in the market for a new-used vehicle. "
