However, we were told on the phone twice before we went to look at the car that we would be given a fair trade in price on our vehicle. We drove an hour to get to this dealership and when we got there we received the lowest quote on our trade-in vehicle that we had received at 4 other dealerships; the biggest difference in price was $4,000. We understand that it can be difficult to appraise a vehicle over the phone, but if we were at least given a general idea that this dealership would not be worth our time and effort, we could have saved on valuable time, mileage and gas. Once we sell our vehicle privately, we do not plan on returning to this dealership to do business. "

We purchased on a Wednesday, but the car had not been cleaned or inspected, since they had just got it in. We didn't mind waiting, so we said we'd pick it up Friday evening. Then my wife decided she'd like to drive it to an out-of-town meeting on Friday morning. On top of that, as a surprise for my wife, I decided I'd like to have a remote starter put on it before I picked up the car. I called Thursday morning about 8:30...Can I pick up the car this evening (Thursday) rather than Friday and oh by the way, can you install a remote starter before I pick it up? My salesman and the service department made the inspection, the remote starter and detailing all happen by 8:30 PM! I'll definitely buy more cars here and I recommend Byers highly."
