"Family Hyundai responded to me very promptly. I contacted them
tuesday got a call an hour later came in thursday to check out the
car and walked out with it the same night. They worked with me on
the price as well as my apr. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone
looking for a car. Derrick is very helpful and took his time to help me.
The entire team stayed about an hour and a half past closing to help
me (though i think any smart business team would have stayed to
close a deal). Great place. Great people. -Signed a real car buyer
and not one of their staff fluffing their ratings."

I called the finace companyy and they said that the dealership never sent over my paper work. They sent a repo man to retrieve the car and they still have my money! I have been ripped off!"

"I'm out of town and was looking to travel so never personally met anyone but the dealer appeared to try to get me to buy the car but really didn't have to work hard to get me approved because I already had good credit. However, I noticed on their website they had the exact same car with 1,000 miles more and had recently sold it for $5,000 cheaper. When asked about it the dealer only dropped the price $1,000. Alot of inconsistency with their sales. But overall the dealer did what every dealer should do, try to get you to buy the car by any means necessary."

"The dealer was very unprofessional. The worker tried to rush my wife & I
threw the credit approval process in a very uninterested & standoff like
way. Then when the worker found out my credit did not meet there
unlisted requirements the worker did not even try to work with me. He
never asked about my employment. He did not ask if I could put down a
higher down payment. He did not ask if I could get a cosigner. He saw my
credit report & just rushed me out the door with no real attempt to work
with me. I believe he wasn't trying to deal with us from the beginning, as
soon as we walked in the door. Very unprofessional & not helpful at all. I
will never go back to that dealership nor will I ever refer anyone to them."
