"Did not return call after speaking with them, when I was told they would. To me that is very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I would never even contact them again as a result or consider doing business with them for this reason. First impression mean alot to me especially in terms of customer satisfaction. I had cash and was really interested in this car its to bad their customer service people do not keep their promises and follow-up.

"They were very friendly and helpful until I signed the papers. They overcharged my credit card for the deposit and said they would issue a credit, which they never did even after I called them twice. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. also the truck I bought had problems and I requested info on the work they had done to the truck and again I never heard from them. If you buy from them have a mechanic check it out and don't assume anything."
