"Dealt with them 5 years ago when I bought a used CR-V. It had many problems and was a lemon. Poured a lot of money into it, and the only compensation they offered was a more expensive vehicle that wasn't a Honda. Complained to the general manager and the dealer's owner. No apologies or offers to make things right. Will NEVER deal with them again. ZERO STARS, not even one!"

"Karl literally yelled at me on the phone when I asked if they offered
refundable holding deposits on their vehicles since I would be
driving from an hour and a half away. I couldn't believe how rudely
he was willing to treat a customer. He thought that I had asked him
over and over about it, though when I looked back at the emails, I
had only asked once about it and he never responded, so I asked
again on the phone and got chewed out. And HE ended up hanging
up on ME. I am glad I had that conversation with him to keep me
from driving all that way and wasting my time on a rude guy."
