"Everyone did a great job for us. The Rav4 sold itself. It is a lease trade-in and is in immaculate condition. We purchased on a Wednesday, but the car had not been cleaned or inspected, since they had just got it in. We didn't mind waiting, so we said we'd pick it up Friday evening. Then my wife decided she'd like to drive it to an out-of-town meeting on Friday morning. On top of that, as a surprise for my wife, I decided I'd like to have a remote starter put on it before I picked up the car. I called Thursday morning about 8:30...Can I pick up the car this evening (Thursday) rather than Friday and oh by the way, can you install a remote starter before I pick it up? My salesman and the service department made the inspection, the remote starter and detailing all happen by 8:30 PM! I'll definitely buy more cars here and I recommend Byers highly."

"They don't read any emails. I was asking for a price qoute for weeks on a
truck and told them what I wanted to pay. Salesman kept trying to ask
me when I could come in. They lowered the truck below what I wanted
to pay a week later and no one even considered letting me know. Since I
was 100 miles away, I wasn't going to make that drive unless they made
me an offer I would consider. Fortunately, I found a better truck for a
lower price before they lowered the one I was interested in at this
dealer. Terrible service"
