Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "This reseller says they run a 79 points inspection on every vehicle they sell. 24 hours after buying the car, a RED LIGHT appears on the panel. It is an engine coolant issue : the waterpump is so broken that every liquid poured into the tank goes directly to the ground. The 30-days warranty covers this, but I need to get the car towed to the reseller : there go $100 for the towing... new waterpump is installed, I get the car again. 48 hours later... another light comes up : "check engine". Since I do not wish to pay another $100 before knowing what this was all about, I bring the car over to a garage. Apparently some emission problem. I leave the car at the garage so they can have a full look at it. The car had a 86k mileage, and the timing belt was never replaced. According to my mechanic, the reseller mechanic MUST have seen the cracks on it while replacing the waterpump. They just decided to do nothing, apparently. So I had the choice of going with an old and fragile timing belt until it breaks to use my warranty again (after another $100 towing, I guess...) or have everything fixed at my mechanic's garage... I chose the second solution. $850 more to the bill, but now I am confident my car is OK. Thus I do not really know what this whole 79 points inspection is about, but I am not really satisfied. I would not recommend this reseller to anybody."

They kept giving me the run around, setting appointments to look at the car then saying the owner was on his day off and had no record of my appointment, just long enough for the warranty to expire. they then had the audacity to tell me "your warranty has expired, what do you want me to do about it?" and stopped returning my calls. After dropping hundreds of dollars on the cooling system after the radiator explodes, I find out the cooling system is saturated with stop leak, and the head gasket blew, the heads burned out, and there was evidence of long term damage from overheating. All this from a car the dealer assured me "nothing is wrong with it." also there were leaks from the oil pan, the rack and pinion, also they refused to fix after not informing of this damage. These people are scam artists that need to be shut down!"

I was schedule for an appointment at 12 noon the finance director called me and sent several emails to me to be on time because he had set aside special time for me. What this dealership reminded me of car salesman from the past "we will do anything to sell anyone a car" was the attitude and the truth was just something they had forgotten about. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership because they just want to pray on people buying cars instead of being upfront with thier customers they just wan tot take advantage of people and that is how I felt and I left I tried to get a price on a ford pickup and all I recevied back was disrespectful comments by the salesman and thats it. I would not recommend this place even to the Satan himself and that is how I truly feel. Now if you want a car salesman from the past and you ae just like them inside this is the place for you to go because they just love praying upon people instead trying to treat thier customers with the resepct we derserve as a consumer my overall rating of this dealership would be a minus five stars!
