"Worst experience ever. We were specifically looking for a used car with manual transmission. Salesman wasted over 1 h of our time, allegedly checking inventory in the store, even though there was only one such car on the lot (which we had already found). That one didn't have AC, so we weren't interested, but he insisted that it did, and that took more time. Finally , we had the apparently obligatory meeting with the sales manager who tried to steer us to a new car, with the really lame excuse that taking a car payment on is a good thing because it will establish credit. "

"My Internet inquiry revealed that the used Ford-Fusion was painted the color - Black. I will NOT own a black car. I do not have the time to wash the car three times per week, with monthly wax & detail. That is what a black car demands, if it to be appreciated. Further, I was contacted several times asking me why I was not seeking to buy their product. Read above. They then sought to put me in a new car, a 2011. NO. That is not what I indicated on-line.
