“My Car”
Car has been great, extremely reliable. No issues with it. Good soundsystem, sunroof is nice, gets good gas mileage, really love the look of it, very smooth ride, just outgrowing it as our family grows. Looking for something larger in size.

"I made an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in through CarGurus
and was contacted by Cars Direct.
The vehicle I inquired about was as they described in their ad. We
were allowed to test drive without interference by the Sales Staff. Our
discussions with the Sales Staff went easy and friendly. They got the
vehicle and paperwork done and we went home in about a total of two
hours time with a real nice pre owned vehicle.
It was a pleasure to do business with Cars Direct and our Salesman
Shane.
I'm glad CarGurus and Cars Direct were available to me. I will
definitely use them both again and recommend them to my friends and
family.

"The salesman and finance employees were great, however after
negotiating a price the additional "fees" that were added I really had to
pay attention to. It seemed after a price was settled on there would be
some added fee that had to be questioned and removed..... Made the
experience a bit sleazy."
