I didn't get a call back from them until the next day (no sense of urgency) and when the call was returned, the salesperson was of no use. He had very little knowledge of his inventory and said that he would have to follow-up with me later in the day with more information. I never heard back from him again about the information that I requested. I ended buying a new Volvo from Don Beyer Alexandria. They offered great service! "

From the exterior the car was in pristine used car conditions, a few imperfections but nothing major. The interior was a completely different story, ants (dead and alive) scattered about the car. Open the passenger door- someone vomited inside and they did a half clean up job, the red stain completely covered the carpet. The floor and sides carpet were a pinkish beige color. The dealership attempted to blend the stain with new black mats for cashmere colored interior. Great job, geniuses. The ants made a meal of the residue and created a nest on the driver side door. Other issue with the car, there is a distinct rattle when making right turns, improper sunroof maneuvering, and a lag in execration. This car simply wasn’t for me the last thing I need is provide a snooty jerk commission for a vomit covered, ant infested, and 2 year old model car- no thanks. "
