I just bought my ford focus a few days ago... I love it. Great handling, smooth breaking, spacious interior.. Its perfect for my dog since the seats fold down. I was originally going to get a small suv because I like being able to put things in my car, but with this car I wont ever have that problem at all! Great for the city, easy to parallel park...

"They had a vehicle we were interested in but we couldn't come to
terms on price and there was one feature of vehicle that we did not
like. Not a problem.
The problem was that the next day, on further internet research, we
found that they had another vehicle that fit our parameters and was in
the price range we wanted to stay. A price range that we clearly
explained. Cannot figure out why they did not show us the other
vehicle. Plus, we later found out that the feature we did not like in the
first vehicle was one that could have been easily swapped out...and if
they had done that we would have met them on price.
We ended up buying elsewhere and they missed two opportunities to
sell us a vehicle."

"After agreeing (in writing) to the price on a car and scheduling a time for me to come "pick it up", I received an email stating, that they had went ahead and sold it to someone else. I assume they were willing to pay the asking price, so even though I had a deal already accepted, they took the other offer."
