The 2wd version is decent enough in the snow so I feel the 4wd version would just be more costly to own. I have the base model with 2...

"The dealer had another car which fit the criteria I was looking for. I thought i paid $1000 too much for it but made the purchase. I knew there was a battery issue and was assured they would check it out. I purchased the car for my daughter. She lives in Montana and her car was a constant problem and became irrepairable. At great sacrifice to myself, I drove this car to Montana with little problem. Upon arriving in Montana the car would not start. I was very upset because I had spent all I had and now my daughter has two cars that do not run. I took the new car to a repair shop and left it there because I had to return to SLC. Shop charged $94 for new battery cables and the car started and ran well for a day. It is now parked in her driveway and will not start and no one has a clue what the real problem is. I have accomplished nothing for my daughter and have no more financial resources to diagnose and repair the car. I have learned my lesson about buying a used car but it is a little late. I am 72 and have cancer and don't know how I will pay the hospital bill which is coming soon. "
