“Very impressed”
Bought a yellow 2005 conv used in Dec 08. It was very well cared for with many upgrades to include Corsa exhaust, Z51, ceramic brakes, HUD, 6 spd manual, Bose stereo and some other cosmetic touches. "Called about a vehicle they had listed as available on their website and expressed that I was interested and may be able to see it that same day for a test drive. I Spoke to "Jose", and when I called back two hours later to confirm the test drive said he was sorry but the vehicle had been sold. (Really? In two hours time on a weekday morning?). For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". I have no interest in dealing with Jerry's Ford of Alexandria and advise others to avoid them. "

"Salesperson was not attentive to customer needs after I drove 2.5 hours
to Maryland from Pennsylvania to view a vehicle. I made the drive to
purchase but did not feel comfortable with the process nor the deal I was
being offered. Ultimately I secured the same vehicle in prestige with every
option available for almost the same price as the premium A7 I went to
view in Silver Spring. The trip to this dealership was a waste of time and
money. "
