Offering me to take the car overnight was definitely a highlight, so much, I returned it with a full tank voluntarily. Troy earned five stars; however, my overall experience is four. Although the car had been listed for over 96 days, they let me walk away over $300. I understand it was my choice to walk away; however, I felt my offer was generous and respectful enough to avoid bargaining. Combined with my willing to finance with 20% down and purchase the warranty through them even though I had pre-approval, it was disappointing. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Troy and do business with him...if the price is right. Thanks Troy!"
