Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "This looked like a great vehicle. I contacted the dealer by phone. Due to a medical condition I can't travel very far. They are almost 1 1/2 hrs away. The salesperson & I agreed on a price, I emailed insurance info & drivers ID. Scheduled a delivery day. I talked to them the evening before to confirm the time to finalize the deal. I showed up on time ( Friday morning) with cash in my pocket. The truck was not ready. I waited over 3 hrs for it to be inspected. The owner finally showed up with the truck (still not inspected). The salesperson agreed to deliver it to my house the following day or the day after that at the latest.( Saturday or Sunday) Monday afternoon I still had not even recieved a phone call with an update. I cancelled the insurance at this point. (I now have to pay for 5 days insurance on a vehicle that I never owned) Tuesday evening I contacted the dealer again to completely cancel the deal & request the return of my deposit. The only communication I got was an email from the owner. this is a copy of the email. I do apologize for lack of communication by us. This deal was destined to fail from the start as in my 29 years in business, most "if come" deals as this was don't end well. My practice is NEVER, NEVER negotiate over the telephone as I am an old fashioned guy and buy and sell face to face. We sometimes do have trouble getting vehicles to pass inspection with those computers on board. As it turns out this truck did need a computer and one will be installed and programed today. So, we could have driven it forever and not passed inspection. Sorry for the confusion and your deposit refund check will be in the mail today. "
