He was able to go down to meet my monthly payment, but he never told me the loan extended to 6 years instead of 5, until I asked. On day 18 of the 30 day warranty period, the vehicle I bought needed a new starter. I was quoted $425 by them when other garages, specifically Rowe Ford in Auburn, only charges $265(parts and labor). When I bought the vehicle, I was told it has a bumper to bumper warranty for the 1st 30-days. I found out that is not the case - it is actually 50/50. That would've been nice to know up front. Not only that, the ABS light came on and I don't feel confident in bringing it back there to do the work since I don't want to overpay, so I'll just go to my local garage instead."

I bought 2 cars from them, The first one a 2000 Camry with 210,000 miles for 2,300 overprice $650.. I ask them to adjust the brakes and the clutch. They said they did, but the didn't do it. The 2nd one a 2005 Nissan Quest with 91000 miles for 9300 of course it was $1,650. overpriced. Them the power sliding doors and the back power door don't work . Oh! I almost forget to tell you this. Iwent to pick up my plates for the 200 Camry, one day before the little temporary goes on the back window expire, and they told me they hire a new employee and they were behind on their work come back tomorrow, then I went one day after and I ask to the salesman , who I bought 2 cars if I can have couple screws for the plates.He told me sorry we don't have any . I bougth them for $1.49 in Shuck's. I would'nt recommend this car dealer to my worst enemy. Hopefully people read this and don't go and buy anything from this Auburn Car dealer. They should change the name of the car dealer from MY TOWN MOTORS....to MY TOMBSTONE ! "

However, we arrived at the show room unexpectedly and found it pretty difficult to get someone's attention for a test drive - no less than 5 salespeople ignored us. The salesman we eventually tracked down was very nice and low key. The manager was very nice in explaining how he arrived at the trade in value. Very professional. Sometimes this experience can be a little insulting - but not at all so in this case. We did not buy the car we looked at but, we weren't in love with the car after the test drive, so it worked out well."
