I was told the vehicle was inspected and found to need nothing more than a front end alignment.Once the sale was complete (literally) the son told me the front brakes needed to be replaced but they would split the cost since they don't like to sell cars that needed work. That split equated to a 20% discount on the marked up cost of the repair, basically making it profitable for them. Unfortunately their ace mechanic failed to return a key part to the front wheel hub so I was driving around with the potential of the wheel falling off. When confronted with this they refused to even acknowledge it. I went to have the tires rotated and balanced and was advised the front end and tires were in such bad shape that it wouldn't be worth the cost. The alignment turned out to be a near complete rebuild and 4 new tires. Meanwhile the transmission began slipping so I called to see if they'd help considering all the money I spent thus far and was told to call the warranty company. WEAS didn't even want to assist in getting it repaired, likely because they knew the warranty was not good. During all this fun a window stopped working, but they rigged it to work until I could get out of their dealership. I'm certain it will fail again. While I like the owner's son I must advise people to avoid purchasing from them. They will say anything to make a sale and the truth is they don't know a thing about any of the cars on their lot based on my experience. Honestly the car wasn't even cleaned before I picked it up so you know they don't spend a dime on them after purchase from carmax or the auction. If you must purchase from this place be sure to take the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic for a full inspection. Don't rely on WEAS being honest about what they know about the car because they aren't going to be."
