Gave them all our information including financials and got back the "great news" email to come pick up the car. We we arrived at the dealership we were told we didn't exactly qualify for that car, but we did for another one on the lot with 8K more miles. At which point the owner hammered on us to buy the $4,000 extended warranty which would make up for the extra miles on the other van. I agreed to buy the van at book, not the inflated price of $500 over book to get it over with. They rushed through the paperwork and have since sent us two UPS overnight packages to correct mistakes and omissions on the documents. Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life."
