Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "The car was dirty, inside and out, the dash indicator light for the ABS and Emergency brake were stuck on and the dealership was unwilling to even diagnose the problem so I could feel safe driving the car home from NH to MA Asking price was a few dollars short of $10,000. When there were clearly mechanical problems that would require repair, we offered $8500, the offer was accepted, and then they insisted it was an "as is" sale with no "lemon" law in NH to protect the buyer. The dealer assured us there were two remote entry keys and that the car would be clean and serviced before we picked it up the following day. Nothing was done, they would not find the extra key, and we were given a title for a different car on their lot and only noticed when we returned home and tried to register the car in MA. The car will be in the shop for a week having all the problems fixed but it is precisely the Town and Country I wanted and can't wait to drive it. I will never suggest someone buy from this dealer's used car inventory. I cannot speak to the way they deal with customers buying new cars. "
