They took the car to the BMW dealer in Grand Rapids and discovered that the ECU needed replaced at a costs of $1500. Preferred picked up the costs but the car wouldnt be ready until following day. They brought me a tank of gas, I drove my old car back to Chicago, and delivered my new car to my office less than 24 hours later. It is rare that someone goes above and beyond to this degree. I would highly recommend shoping Preferred for your next new or used car!"

The car I originally went to view and buy was a kia sportage and he showed me a large SUV. I was not interested.
