They used autotrader to value my trade-in and made me an offer over the phone. I was worried they would try to re-trade the deal after they had my deposit but there was no "good cop/ bad cop" or other actions to try to extract more money. I asked for my alloy wheels to be swapped onto their car and they arranged for the service department to make the change for $60 which I felt was fair. This was very different from my past experiences with car dealers, I was impressed. If you are honest with them they will be honest with you. A happy customer."

Questioned the check engine light and why the fog lights weren't working. We were told the car was serviced and near $700 put into car. Asked for the 500-1000 mile warranty. That was denied. Asked if we could take the car to get an inspection outside of their dealership. We were told they were not selling the car to us. Asked us to leave. Feel once the car was put on the rack something was found. We were paying cash. Wanted to protect ourselves. Good luck if you deal with this bunch outside of Brewton, Alabama."
