Dealer Rating: (1 review) "dealer never replied to email sent over weekend, we called him on monday.. he said he had someone with an appointment coming at 5 to look at car but if we could get there before 5, we could buy if we wanted.. not knowing if that was actually the case, i rushed almost 1 hour (after having called him again telling him i wouldn't be able to get there until about 4:45 and confirming if I should make the trip.. he said yes) got there and indeed the 5:00 buyer was there early and purchased the vehicle. This is a poor way to do business. If I had indeed gotten there b4 him, I would not have pulled that from under him since he had appt. Dealer should have had me wait to come if car was still available. I wasn't sure if he actually had an appointment if he was just trying to get me down as soon as possible. VERY IRRIATATED.. Very poor way to do business.."

Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "In my initial contact, their online sales manager sent me an e-mail stating: "Five Star Ford Lincoln Chrysler Jeep Dodge is committed to delivering exceptional service, from the minute you enter our showroom or web site, throughout the life of your vehicle and beyond." That has not been my buying experience. I was very skeptical about the online vehicle purchase process. Unfortunately, my doubts have been reinforced by the lack of commitment to customer service, promised actions, and follow through I've received from their sales team. I was promised a replacement hub cap for one that was badly damaged on the vehicle I purchased from them. After a string of e-mails, there has been no more contact or action. Since I live in a different state, I can’t drop by and confront the salesman in person. Make certain everything is handled before the deal is completed with these online sales if you don’t live nearby. Also, the pick-up service from the airport was complimentary and very nice, BUT, it adds extra pressure to finalize the sale after arriving at the dealership."
