Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I was very interested in a specific car and had researched the value. From two sources(KBB,NADA, guides) based off conditon and miles. The dealer wouldn't give an asking price, so i whent in person. Once there I looked the car over and came up with a list of imperfections. It was missing the shift knob, 3 center caps to the wheels, cracked windshield, and the interior had the scent of a pet store full of dogs. I whent on a test drive next. To seal the deal it had a slipping clutch to the point of not being able to get up to speed. I was done at that point, but they said they would fix it before it was sold. I told them that fair value price was $4,700. Then gave them all the reasons why it was more like in poor condition with an offer of $4000 cash at the end. Their final word was it was an $11,000 dollar car no matter what. All lies from start to finish with this place and the try and push over priced cars with 200k miles. "

She had a 2006 Hyundai Sonata V6, loaded with all the bells and whistles to trade. The Sonata was 1 year old when we purchased it with CASH. It had 28,000 miles on it. At the time of the trade it only had 64,000 miles on it. Don Moore Hyundai wanted her bought and paid for car for next to nothing while wanting full retail of the Hyundai Accent she was looking at. Not happening!! Wasted an entire Saturday with these clowns, and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Went on Monday 12 miles down the road to B F Evans Ford in Livermore, KY and got a 2012 Ford Focus SEL loaded for the price she could afford. PS B F Evans was more than fair on the trade amount!! And my mother is tickled to death with this car!!"
