First the price quoted on the advertisement is not the price that they want to sell you the car for; actually they wanted about $2,500 more for the car. Secondly, when they run your credit (mind you they specialize in subprime borrowers), they do not disclose with you your credit information in a private. I wonder if they know that they are violating a person’s privacy!!! Very deceitful and unprofessional!!!!!"

Avg. Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "Paid cash for a 2008 Ford Edge SEL on April 3, got a limited 3 month/3,000 mile warranty that covered drive train (including front axle housing and assembly). Took it to Ford dealership in Grand Rapids for a closer inspection and discovered a front axle inner seal leak and an obviously broken rear stabilizer arm link. Also found possible evidence that the car had been submerged in water at one time. Called Bill Snethkamp dealership back to have items fixed (wear and tear on items showed it had not happened during my drive back to Grand Rapids from Lansing after purchasing it), manager Brian gave me grief and told me front axle seal not covered by warranty. Finally got him to agree to fix the issues, and he told me I would have to drive back to Lansing to have the car fixed. I asked why I couldn't have the car fixed here in GR since I was assured I would be able to if I found any issues covered by warranty, I am told by Brian that he does not want to leave the repairs to any dealership, he wants to make sure the work is done properly. I finally take car back to Lansing on April 17th, and after the broken link is fixed I am told I need to take the vehicle to a Ford dealership in Grand Rapids to have the seal fix, to have the Ford service people call to work out payment. Vehicle finally fixed April 22, but the vehicle should have been properly inspected prior to being put out on the lot for sale, and I could have saved a trip back out to Lansing had they just agreed to coordinate with a dealership in Grand Rapids in the first place."

Agreed to numbers over the phone, but they changed the numbers on me at the last minute. The used car sales manager has no customer service skills and had I not driven 3 hours and spent countless hours working on this deal, I would have left. They also messed up the actual financing of my vehicle. I traded in a car that was in my business's name. The Porsche was supposed to go into my business's name. All checks, insurance, etc was in my business's name but when I got my payment schedule, I noticed only my name was on the loan. This has been a disaster. Now they have been calling me on my business's phone saying that I need to pay extra for new plates because they can't transfer my company plates because this is a personal car now. It is a terrible situation and not only would I not recommend them, I will go out of my way to make sure nobody else does."
