Should I buy this 92 325 w/salvaged title

It has a salvaged title but has been very well maintained and the owner has had it for like 7 years. The engine was rebuilt at 195k and has 48 now. He wanted 3500 but then I talked him down to 2100. The check cooleant was on, but my I think it's just a sensor. Im a dialysis patient, single mom and am just not sure if I should buy it. Then on the other hand, what else am I ganna find for 2100, that isnt a piece of uyou know what.
