Volvo dealerships near me (Los Angeles, CA)

Unbelievable! There are no pictures of the car which was well understood after I arrived to test drive the vehicle. I was told by the dealership the car was in great condition before I drove for one hour each way to see it. The car was filthy and had enormous body damage!!! I was shocked that they would actually present the car in this condition and lie prior to my arrival. Needless to say, I was angry. I have bought a car from them many years ago. This place needs a leadership overhaul before it is too late. Read the reviews as mine is in line with the others. I was shocked and angry to say the least. I wasted money and time because of the lies regarding the condition of the car. As I left, I watched the sales people stand and look at the car! You can guess what they may be saying!
