"Bait and switch. Offered one price then after reserving a rental car and making plans to come down (from San Francisco) the price was raised significantly. This was justified by the high cost of repairs done at their own shop (which sounded bogus the more I asked questions about it). Also the repairs were obvious - like new tires and an oil change. Overall, I simply could not trust this dealer based on this experience. I do not think they are honest."

Asked if they had a manual - they said "why do you want a manual a auto is better, you don't need a manual." asked about a particular interior color VW has called Cornsilk & Macchiato the sales rep said never heard of them and said it "sounds like tan we have tan." Did not know about current incentives, when I asked what the price would be if I paid cash the response was - "if you pay cash why do you need incentives"? Yep, really!"
