I called the dealership around 11 and they immediately got me in and gave me the name of my sales associate: Terrance. He was the most amazing sales associate, he wasn’t overzealous, he was relatable, and very funny. He found my mom and I very humorous and that made the time go by faster. I am also very special and wanted a silver grill, but that wasn’t possible with my car.. Terrance looked up and searched for the right Chrome grill strips and that sealed the deal for me buying the car. The financing team was also very sweet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Ourisman Toyota, and would go back in the future!

Drive 50 miles riser car which was not there , they promised to call when delivered and never called ! No helpful!

Amir ,sales person was very professional and honest. Amir was very good about explaining details and operation of the car.

When asked about a certain vehicle that they had posted for sale. I got a vary story about it. Asked for some real photos and then was told it was being reconditioned. When asked later about said vehicle I was then told it was in transit . Not for sure what the real story was but I also asked why the price recently increased but was not answered. Don’t think I would deal with someone not straight forward.

Asked to get theVIN so I could check for certain equipment. I only received invitations to come in and chat with sales guy. They didn't listen to me at all.

Responded quickly but no help in arranging transport of vehicle across country.
